Causeway Bay - Limited Edition 2/30 + AP
This image, of the island’s Causeway Bay district, was created using photography and digital editing. It is an attempted to convey my impression of another of Hong Kong’s urban scenes as it appears to rise out of Victoria Harbour. In spite of what seems like an endless expansion of construction around us I am still struck by the colours, lines, materials and different styles of architectural elements used over the decades on this island in the South China Sea. This image too is a celebration of the natural & architectural beauty and powers of renewal of this vibrant multi-cultural metropolis.
